Shopping Basics

Usually, goods are delivered within 2-5 working days.

Due to quarantine, delivery may be delayed. We do our best to ensure fast and safe delivery of your ordered goods. You can see the approximate delivery time in your shopping cart. We monitor and regularly update the estimated delivery time.

To check the delivery status of your order, go to the delivery confirmation you received in the email. You will receive a delivery confirmation for each shipment you have ordered with a link or code to track the shipment. The link will be activated as soon as the shipment reaches your country. If you specify your telephone number when ordering, you will also receive an SMS message from the courier before the shipment is delivered.

Also, you can check the delivery status of your order in the “Order Tracking” section, by entering your product number and email, that you used to purchase the item.

We do our best to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible, but if the shipment takes longer than 5 business days, we will inform you.

Payments

Yes. Currently, we charge a sales tax of 21% based on Lithuanian laws.

Shipping & Returns

We enclose a bill of lading and all required return documents with each shipment. You can use the return sticker and return form to return the item. In exceptional cases, your order may be delivered in several shipments. When returning, make sure that you only return the goods listed on the bill of lading. Otherwise, refunding for returned goods may take a little longer. Of course, you won’t incur any additional costs associated with multiple return packages.

It’s very easy to return:

  1. Be sure to put the product in the original packaging / box
  2. Attach a return sheet
  3. Put a return label on the sealed package
  4. You can now return the shipment to the nearest post office or post office
  5. Depending on the main menu on the ATM screen, select “Private customer” or “Send shipment” -> “Previously registered shipment”
  6. Before placing the parcel in the ATM, please make sure that you have selected the correct size of the ATM compartment
  7. Scan the code on the return label
    If you have forgotten or lost your return documents or the return sticker is no longer valid, you can simply contact us at help@maomor.com and we will send you all of the required documents.

Once the item has been returned and inspected, the invoiced amount will be refunded within 14 days using the payment method you selected when ordering the item.
